Dr Endia Peckham DVM

Dr. Endia Peckham (Indy) grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio riding and showing Hunter/Jumpers as a Junior rider. She attended Case Western Reserve University and then Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine graduating in 2002. After spending several years in race track practice, she then moved to private general equine practice in Akron. Indy was drawn to acupuncture as an alternative treatment for her 18 year old dog, obtaining certification by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society in 2014. She began her own practice in 2014 focusing on integrative veterinary care concentrated in equine sports medicine. Indy added to her holistic approach to medicine by achieving certification by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association in 2016 and became a certified Equine Rehabilitation and Performance Veterinarian via work at the Chi Institute in Florida in 2019. In 2022, Indy purchased a farm in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and established Meridian Equine Rehabilitation and Wellness a state of the art facility focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of all types of horses using an integrative approach. Dr. Peckham currently resides in Solon with her son, Hayden and their array of pets while actively continuing to ride and compete her Adult Hunter (Nemo) and Adult Jumper (Billie Jean.)

Dr Lauren A Wade DVM

Dr Lauren Wade did pre-veterinary education at Wittenberg University, and graduated from The Ohio State CVM in 2000. She and Dr Peckham became friends when practicing together beginning in 2002. She is the full time Medical Director at Big Creek Veterinary Hospital, a small animal practice in Concord, Ohio, but enjoys the challenges of equine medicine, so helps Dr Peckham at Meridian Equine whenever and however possible. When not working Dr Wade rides and competes her dressage horse – Tommy, chases her naughty border terriers- George and Toddy, and spends time with her husband – Frank.

Sharon Sykes

Sharon grew up in Aurora, Ohio. She has owned horses and has worked in different aspects of the equine industry for her entire life. She attended Midway College in Kentucky for Equine Management and enjoyed working with broodmares and racehorses during her time there. She then attended Tri-C to get her license as a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has filled many roles in the last 30 years including farm call tech, surgical tech, running anesthesia and office administration. She currently lives in Hudson with her husband and kids where she enjoys attending their various sporting events, catching up on reading her favorite books and spending time with her horse & dogs.

Linnea Swanson

Linnea Swanson grew up in Madison, Ohio, spending countless hours riding and being at the barn throughout her childhood. Deciding to pursue her interest as a career, Linnea attended Lake Erie College where she received a Bachelors of Science in Equine Facility Management as well as a Masters of Business Administration.Linnea has managed multiple lesson horse herds, boarding facilities, taught in higher education as well as organized and managed various local horse shows. She has always particularly enjoyed the equine healthcare aspect of her work, which led her to join the Meridian team in 2024.Linnea enjoys spending time with her retired Thoroughbred mare, Whim, riding, skiing, swimming, gardening and (most) anything that involves being outdoors

Molly Gamin

Molly grew up working with horses, and even though in 2002 she got her degree in graphic design, caring for horses has always been her passion. Molly has 20 years of experience managing boarding stables. As a barn manager, she has had the opportunity to learn about rehabilitation with her horses and the horses in her care under the direction of various veterinarians, most notably Dr Peckham. Molly enjoys time with her horses Touché, her longtime partner, who is now retired, and Samwise, a rescued Haflinger currently schooling 4th-level dressage.

Kelli Flannagan

Kelli began riding horses at the age 7 and has never looked back! She is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist and an FEI competitor. Kelli has also helped many students achieve their dressage competition goals as well as their USDF medals! She is currently the equestrian team coach for the college of Wooster and is actively pursuing her L judging license in dressage. When not at Meridian Equine she is busy at her dressage training facility in Valley City, Ohio. Kelli is the proud mom of her daughter, Kassidy who is an accomplished dancer and actor! In her spare time Kelli enjoys going to the theater, traveling and cooking
